Dear WEALTHTRACK Subscriber,

As a Christmas holiday gift to WEALTHTRACK viewers, and ourselves we are once again sharing the timeless strategies for successful investing from legendary investment consultant Charles Ellis. His insights and advice are worth hearing again and again.

I
n addition, in our web EXTRA feature, you will hear a clip from Ellis, a long time friend of mine, that provides a lovely insight into the generous spirit of the man. Ellis’ life has been a continuous journey of learning from the smartest investment people in the world. He explains how sharing the knowledge he has acquired over the years, through teaching and writing gives him such joy.

Charley Ellis is the author of the investment classic WINNING THE LOSER’S GAME, available now in its 2017 7th edition. It’s revised 8th edition is due out in May 2021. Ellis is the author of 16 other books including the recently published 10th anniversary edition of THE ELEMENTS OF INVESTING, co-written with his good friend, Princeton economics professor Burton Malkiel.

Ellis is a globally recognized financial thought leader, investment consultant and advisor to governments, institutions and endowments. He is the former Chairman of Yale’s Investment Committee that oversees the university’s huge and successful endowment and has taught investment courses for years at Yale, Harvard and Princeton.

He also cares deeply about helping investors succeed, as he puts it “winning the loser’s game.” He will help us do that again this week.

If you miss the show on public television, you can watch it on our website over the weekend.  You can also find the WEALTHTRACK podcast on Stitcher and SoundCloud as well as iTunes and Spotify.

Thank you for spending your time with us during this busy holiday season. We wish you a merry Christmas holiday weekend. As always, make the week ahead a healthy, profitable and productive one.

Best regards,

Consuelo
